Digital delivery policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This policy explains how we deliver digital products, how long you can access them, and what your rights are. It applies to templates, exercise packs and self-study material bought in our shop.

When you receive it

Immediately after successful payment we email your download links, usually within a minute. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first.

How long access lasts

  • Each download link is valid for 7 days.
  • Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times.
  • Save the file locally: the link is for collecting it, not for storage.
  • Link expired or used up? Email us and we will issue a new one.

What you may do with the material

You buy a licence to use the material inside your own organisation. You may adapt and use it internally. Reselling, publishing or sharing it outside your organisation requires our written permission.

Right of withdrawal for digital products

For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started with your express consent. By agreeing to immediate delivery at checkout you give that consent and acknowledge that you lose this right.

If a file does not work, is corrupted, or differs materially from its description, contact us. We will fix it or refund you.

Training and scheduled sessions

If you buy a course with a date, separate terms apply to cancellation, no-show and illness. Those sit outside this delivery policy.

Payment and invoicing

Payments run through our payment provider; we never store card details. You receive an invoice by email. For business buyers in the EU outside the Netherlands we reverse-charge VAT when your VAT number is valid and registered to your company.
